Shipping & Returns

SAME-DAY SHIPPING:  All orders for in stock bowling supplies made by 4:00PM Eastern Standard/Daylight Savings time will be shipped the same day.  Balls, bags and shoes receive FREE US shipping. We charge a modest $3.00 to $5.00 shipping for other items, and we never charge a processing fee, handling fee, or any other fees.

RETURN POLICY: Many of our products include a manufacturer's warranty, so if your product is defective, please following the instructions on the warranty.  If there is no warranty information included, please email us a support@shopbowlingsupplies.com to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA) for defective merchandise. This RA number must accompany any returned merchandise that is defective.  Once the defective item(s) is returned and received, an exchange will be provided based on the manufactuer's guidelines and warrranty acceptance.  Shipping charges for returned defective merchande is the customer's responsibility;  however, there is no postal charge for exchanged merchandise.  Discontinued and close-out merchandise is sold on an "ALL sales final" basis and may not be returned. 

DAMAGES/SHORTAGES:  If you receive damaged merchandise or package count shortages, it is advised to refuse delivery and make note of the incident on the delivery record.  If the shipment is kept, save the merchandise, the original box, and all its packaging.  In order to follow carriers' claim time restrictions, you should immediately notify us of the damage or shortage within 24 hours of receipt by contacting customer service - support@shopbowlingsupplies.com, or (301) 218-3986, or by fax (301) 218-3987.  Customer service will arrange for carrier inspection and/or pick up of the damaged merchandise, and assist with replacement of the merchandise.  If you do not notify us of damaged goods within 24 hours, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under the current manufacturer restrictions.

WARRANTIES:  We act as an agent of the manufacturers; we support and apply warranties as maintained by each individual manufacturer.  Listed below are general guidelines to follow for products:

Bowling Balls: 

Plugged or drilled through the pin are not allowed (warranty voided.)

Cracks around finger or thumb holes with grips or inserts are not allowed (warranty voided.)

Some manufacturers have the warranty policy printed on the outside of the bowling ball package.  In these instances, you should contact the manufactuer directly.

Bowling Shoes:

60 day warranty (start date for sale).  In warranty information is provided by the manufacturer, you should contact the manufacturer directly.

Bowling Bags:  Some manufacturers have the warranty policy on the tag attached to the bag with most being for replacement bag and/or parts.  Please follow the manufactuer's guidelines.
